Group Training at Hurricane offers anyone the opportunity to train like a real boxer. From your first class you will be oriented to rope skipping, balance, leverage, rythmn, movement and striking! Your workout will conclude with conditioning exercises designed to strengthen your upper body, lower body, and core. These 60 minute sessions will leave you breathlessly fulfilled.
Working one on one with a Hurricane USA Boxing Certified Trainer will put you on the fast track to excellence. During your private sessions at Hurricane Boxing you will be introduced to every aspect of the “sweet science” from stance, rythmn, movement, blocking, and striking to the strategy and tactics aimed at improving your boxing skill level. You, additionally, will participate in a multi-faceted conditioning program, all this directed at you achieving your fitness goals over a 60 minute session.
In addition to our Olympic Style Boxing Classes we also offer fitness based boxing classes including Circuit Boxout, Flow-Boxfit and Women’s Fitness Boxing. Other classes include Street Combat Self Defense, Filipino Combat Systems Stick Fighting and Kickboxing.
